Scott arrived on time and was very professional. He got my pilot light to finally start. After i tried for two hours to light the pilot light on the water heater. Scott walked me thought the process of how to work on the heater myself. Next time Thank you scott. I will deffently keep this company in my list of people to call. I just wish they have there service fees posted before they arrive. The amont of the service call was a little high. But thats why you have a professional to get what is not working to work.
