Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! 3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call.
