Thank you CSSC! Chuck came out to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He was on time, professional, friendly and even took his shoes off without me asking (it's the small things right?). He fixed the problem in no time. The service at Complete Service Solutions is 5 star!

Be aware this Co gave an estimate of $4500 to replace the pipe from main water line ..supposedly they could not find the leak ...another co. Came find the leak and charge me $500. Hmmm...

We had an extremely horrible clog beginning on Saturday. Armando and an additional technician were dispatched to our home. Armando attempted to clear the clog for only 5-7 mins in one area. We suggested to him to check for the drain in our front yard (all homes built after 2000 have drains) and he did, but because it did not jump right out at him and he had to actually work to find it he never did. He did not clear the clog and recommended to use a camera (attempted to get an additional $250) to see versus exhausting other methods. Needless to say, he exacerbated the problem forcing us to seek help from another company. The other company came out and their technician diagnosed the issue in less than 15 mins. He was extremely skilled and worked until the issue was resolved.
