I called Precision Plumbing, a very nice and polite woman answered the phone. I explained the situation, she said she would have someone to me within 3 hours. Francisco showed up ON TIME, was professional and took care of the problem. A pleasure to deal with this company and these people.

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.
