Best Faulty Water Heater in Las Vegas NV

Called Saturday morning for and urgent pipe leak and they sent someone over with 2 hours. Excellent customer service and care!

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

We called for 2 broken toilets. Luis (who is awesome) told us he would send a guy over to look at the problem. The tech was very friendly and had a caring attitude about the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked until he got the problem resolved. Would highly recommend this company. They will definitely be our first call if we ever need anything else done.

Thisnis the old JJ Rooter in NLV, new name, still great service and friendly, helpful employees. Showed up on time, they were very professional.
Been an old customer of JJ’s and after today septic pump, will still be one in the future. 👍👍
