W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. I was notified when our plumber Scott was on his way.
Scott was very professional and listened to the situation. He evaluated our shower and gave us the estimate. Within moments he was out in his truck getting all the parts to complete the job right away.
He repaired my kids bathtub with Excellency. Butter plumbing will be our plumbers!

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
