The tech was very respectful and professional. Told me the repair can be done for a quarter of the price. They were there the next day at the time they said they would be there. I was also informed buy Sin City that I had another problem with the unit that wasn't a plumbing issue. I am very glad I called them and would tell everyone to use them.
