The Techs are fine but you need to get your Dispatch people to wake up and do their jobs! A phone call one or two days prior to service is a good idea, but a phone call 30-45 minutes prior to service SUCKS!

I called the company to see if someone can come out to take a look at some plumbing issue I was having. They had someone out literally in 1 hr. Op and Wyatt were the two folks who came to my home. Both were very professional. Educated me on some of the plumbing issues I was having and gave me tips on ways to prevent for future. Definitely appreciate the info and the service they provided me.

Will never use or recommend this company. They refuse to give an approximate cost over the phone, they will only give you a price if they come to your house. So you have to schedule a day/time with them and wait until the technician arrives with a book that has all the service prices. This is their gimmick, get into your house!For a simple service; connecting a natural gas grill line to the house gas line (about 10 minutes of work maximum and all materials supplied by me) they charged $168.00, double than their competitor, Donnie Tittle Plumbing, Inc. who charges $89.00.The technician, Fernando, was very kind and professional, top-notch!
