Josh was the best repairman I have ever experienced in my 48 adult years. He genuinely cared about the customer as welll as the company . He strives to do the best he can to resolve the problem and his best was exceptional. If I ever need anything else done in the future I would only lt Josh work on it as, the rest of the people I spoke to were not acceptable. Some of the day to day “rules” of the company are not completely for the best interest of the customer.

Pillar Plumbing was called when I noticed my basement had flooded. When I called, they were polite and I explained my situation and they came right out. They arrived approximately 20 minutes later...yes, 20 minutes later! These guys checked out my situation and was able to tell me what the problem was and a price. Yes, I would recommend these guys!
