The gentleman that showed up to replace our water heater were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional along with being quick for installation. Would highly recommend this company.

The technician Dwayne (#3453) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient once he got here. No complaints about him. He was great.The reason why this is a 3 star review is that we had to wait nearly 24 hours for service rather than the 2 hours specified. I called at 10 AM Sunday morning and was told someone would arrive within 2 hours. Around 12 I received another call that said the office was short staffed and that someone would arrive later without giving any specific time. Around 5 in the evening I called and asked what was going on, and the person on the phone said at that point no one could help until Monday morning. I wasted pretty much all of Sunday waiting around for nothing.The price of service was a bit steep, which I imagine factors in the quoted 24/7 2-hour turnaround time. I would have been fine with the price if the speed had matched it, but it didn't.Considering the technician was able to complete the job (clogged sewer main) in about half an hour, I think next time I will just rent the equipment and do it myself.

Had a main sewer pipe blockage late at night, and they were here by 10am the next morning (a Saturday) to clear it up. Very professional, clean, quick, and friendly. I enjoy learning what is going on and the tech (Larry) was glad to tell me what he was doing. He scheduled a camera tech to come look too and said he was not sure when they could get someone out, but ended up being the same day.
