Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

This company really knows what they are doing.

After first call it took almost a week to get the work done after 3 appointments that they failed to show up to do the work blaming lack of parts when they were the ones setting the appointments! Would not use them for any future plumbing needs.

I have been using Pierpoint Plumbing Kansas City for over 2 years. They have done quite a few plumbing jobs for me and always do an excellent job. I appreciate the fact that they are professional, punctual, and they are always upfront & honest about what needs to be done. I highly recommend them
