Farzad worked very closely with our church to remove two older A/C and furnace units and install new ones. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable, communicated with us consistently throughout the process, and completed the work to satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. Still the best plumber I've never used. I recently had a leak that Jerry was super helpful with in walking me through some steps to help identify the location. He did this on his own time which just shows what a stand up person he is. Unfortunately he was booked out for several days and our family could not wait to fix a leaking pipe so I had to get someone else to do the work. I'll add this is the second time Jerry has been super helpful and nice (once about 5 years ago too) on his own time and dime. If I ever need any plumbing job done this is definitely the guy I'll be calling.
