We had a stopped-up stool in the basement and water was going everywhere. I called Roto-rooter and the person answering took our information and promised a truck would come as soon as possible. It wasn't long until the truck did arrive and was manned by a very courteous young man who quickly went to work to take care of the problem. He used his hand auger and had the stool flushing correctly in no time. We were so very grateful. Great job!
