Had very expensive brand new ac unit installed 5 years ago last year leak in refrigerant detected $500 dollar bandaid fix refilling refrigerant when this shouldn't cost much more than $150 fast forward to yesterday offering another $500 bandaid or over $1000 for a refrigerant line leak repair..the technician was rude and insinuated it was my fault the leak happened because i didn't do the scheduled maintenance...asked to use our bathroom a few minutes after arriving which is completely unprofessional he could have stopped by a gas station before coming to his next job...i told him to just pack up and go we would be calling another company and then called to cancel their asap program charges on my card ...the call rep could tell i was upset..wanted to escalate the issue...its been over 24 hours since the tech left and i still haven't heard anything back...terrible customer service overpriced predatory practices

Our technician, was professional, kind, and informative. He took the time to answer my questions and offered helpful tips for our furnace unit. Much greater peace of mind in our system for winter now. Thanks!Update on review... the service partner agreement is great! We just had a very nice guy come out to inspect our electrical system and he was just as polite, professional and helpful as everyone else from Bob Hamilton! He was very thorough and made good recommendations for upgrades and when the should be done.
