Best Haul Away in Kansas City MO

I called for a simple drain cleaning for $150 in our rental home.
The technician told the tenant that there was no clean out located in the basement, and he would have to remove the toilet. The cost was around $700. Of course, there WAS a ‘Clean Out’ (a pipe made solely for this purpose) located in a basement room that he didn’t look for. I took a picture, and I called and asked for an adjustment-and was told “NO ADJUSTMENT”. Additionally, our tenant (of 12 years) told me that the technician was very rude. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I got ripped off.

I had Larry come to the house. He was very nice and professional. He explained what was going on with my sink, let me know what the cost would be upfront, and pointed out another issue I had (and gave me the option to take care of it now or not). I am very happy with the service, and will call Roto Rooter again to take care of my other issue.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
