My kitchen sink was clogged. When Adam was on his way I got a courtesy call and text message. Adam was very professional and kind. It was a quick fix and at a good price. Overall experience from calling and setting up an appointment, to Adam leaving the house was about an hour. I would recommend R-Mech services and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used LBA for over a decade. Three years ago they installed a new Lennox system. Today we had a warranty issue repaired for the second time in two years. Erikk the technician was professional and knowlegeable. My dissatisfaction is that the warranty repair took 15 minutes and I was charged $231 for the labor only, and this is the second time. I am a contractor and understand that there are hidden costs to doing business and I don't fault LBA for trying to make a living. This repair however goes well beyond my definition of making a living to taking advantage of the customer. I contacted Zack about the charge and he informed me that the repair was a flat rate and could not do anything about it. Treat a customer right and they will return. abuse them and???
