My husband and I own an 80 year old house. We have had sewer back-up issues over the past 3 months. We called Roto-Rooter and they always come out quickly and clear the lines. We asked for a camera inspection this time and discovered the old clay sewer pipes, (probably 50+ years old), had tree roots, leaks, cracks, etc... which meant a whole new sewer line and traps for us. We were given an estimate and took advantage of the 18 month, no interest financing. Our two AWESOME blessings, Vernon (667) and Tom (760), showed up and started to work. They had multiple challenges because the traps were so close to the foundation and the sewer line curved around. They had to go back and inspect further due to how everything was laid underground. Vernon (667) and Tom (760) replaced the entire line with one hole dug in the backyard, one by our air conditioning unit and 1 hole dug in the concrete our unfinished basement. We only had brief outages during the day that we could not flush or use the sink. All holes and concrete are filled back up and we have a pipe that should now outlast us.
