I had no experience at all. Someone came over on a Wednesday to get a better idea of what I wanted done. I needed about 350 square feet of LVP put in, six lower cabinets installed, repair work on the garage, and some flashing on my porch roof. He took some measurements, made some notes, and said I will get you a quote, probably Monday.

It is now Saturday, and I have not heard one word from anyone. Even an email to say thanks, but no thanks, would have been nice. I guess my project wasn't going to be a good money maker, so they decided to move on. 🤷

I have definitely moved on and found someone who will do the work.

He was one of the friendliest most personable people I have ever talk to on a cold call informed me that they only did commercial not residential but he was considering putting a generator in his house Also, and gave me all the information he had gleaned from the market which answered every single question I had for an electrician. John is the kind of person that any company needs for the first contact call on their telephone line very friendly, very informative.
