These guys were great! Came same morning when our pipes froze and were helpful and professional. They even dealt with our barking dogs. Thanks again!

Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

I felt discarded by them. I couldn't even get them to talk to me let alone come over and look at my problem.

I have dealt with many plumbers and mold remediation companies. im not new to these procedures but this company has no ethics and don't guarantee their work. even though they say they do. i had work done in august by this company and wound up having the issue misdiagnosed. they refused to take ownership of their mistake. it was obviously their issue because the plumber did something that did not address the problem. The manager , CJ, contacted me after i kept complaining to say that i should not have agreed to pay for the work because i had issues with this. yet they insisted on taking my money before looking into the problem to see if their workmanship was to blame. i paid in good faith. this makes no sense to now have to try to fight for them to not charge me the 2k again to dry out the walls from a leak their inaccurate diagnosis created. they charge you to run machines in the house nonstop for three days whether necessary or not. its the biggest rip off. its not the way to do business. its unethical behavior. they will always make an excuse to keep your money regardless whether or not the work is good. CJ claims that if it were an issue they misdiagnosed the problem would have occurred right away. I explained to him it a second home and Im seldom there and only used the washing machine about 6 times so his theory didn't hold up. He really had nothing to say. the moral to the story is they will say whatever but standing behind your work means standing behind the damage caused by the inability to do your work properly. especially when you are using your own equipment and charging me for it a second time.

Tom from Bargotti plumbing was amazing! He diagnosed my heater issue over text and was available same day to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend them over other companies I've tried.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.
We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.
When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.
Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.
I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.
