Best Tub Installation in Jersey City NJ
After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Our central heating was faltering and needed a repair. These guys were the quickest to set an appointment and reach our home. They figured out the problem and had a replacement part in their van. Excellent service.

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

If you have a gas leak that needs repair do not use this company. They attempted to take advantage of us because they assumed we were in a rut. They really tried to charge me $1500 for a air pressure test (2 meters). After telling them $750 per meter seems drastically high the man in charge on the phone tried to drop the price $600 a meter… if any plumber has room to haggle in price that’s a red flag. While they were still on my property I got hold of another plumber and dismissed clear flow immediately. I got everything repaired, gas pipes replaced, INCLUDING a pressure test done for $1100. Thank god I did not jump out the window and give these guys my business. What a scam you should be ashamed of yourselves trying to take advantage of hardworking people. This is jersey city try that funny stuff somewhere else. Stay clear of this company find someone trustworthy that you can rely on these people will just take your money because they assume you don’t know any better. The two gentlemen that came to my property were ok this review is more so for whoever their boss is calling all the shots. Get in the field next time boss man.

I cannot recommend this company more! When we called, he both responded and made an appointment for that same day. Richie was fast, efficient, and tried multiple methods to solve our problem for us. He even was helpful in providing information for future help to keep the drain from clogging again. Extremely professional and was even great with our dog that gets nervous around new people.

Tom the plumber came out to our building on 3rd st . Found a leak in my neighbors condo coming down on mine pretty quickly . He didn’t charge us to the price we had previously agreed to on the phone and waived the fee and gave us options on the repair as well as dealing with the damage to the ceiling . Very nice man . Top notch service highly attentive

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.
We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.
When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.
Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.
I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.
