Last year I used this company, and the technician was extremely honest and ethical, charging me exactly what one would expect for the very small job performed. Decided to use them again in Jersey City, and this time I was completely ripped off with a $325 charge to change a fuse and reverse the connection of two wires (something another vendor apparently connected incorrectly). The tech was there for all of 28 minutes.

I've called upon Richie D several times over the last several years to help with some plumbing issues. Very easy to contact and schedule an appointment, and Ivar is always on time and offers great services! Clearing drain lines isn't the most pleasant business, but he's been nothing short of professional and informative, and helps explain his thought process, potential causes, and ways to prevent issues going forward. There's a lot of care to make sure no damage is done to the building or floors either, which I really appreciate. Pricing is more than reasonable for the work done, especially compared to larger companies. Would definitely recommend!

I called Roto Rooter and got an early appointment.From the time they arrived Adrian and Sai were extremely professional and compassionate They explained everything thoroughly, and set expectations about the outcome. Sai was very thorough and cleaned up leaving no debris or trash behind. The provided tips on ongoing maintenance. Adrian was very knowledgeable. I am totally satisfied with the service, will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future, specifically requesting Sai and Adrian.Before leaving they even checked my sump pump to see if it was functional. Job well done and very happy customer!

He was both knowledgeable and patient fixing and explaining about our radiator heating. I have to also mention Diane who is the executive assistant. She is so professional and efficient on getting the help I need. I'm so happy I found this company!
