I had a gap between my toilet and sewer pipe. The plumber came secured the toilet and repaired the gap. This is the second time he came and was very helpful. Be aware that their dispatch doesn't give them too much information or give you a lot of information when you request services. So when the plumber comes out so be prepared to explain or have them come back & do the repair. They also have upfront pricing which is good for something expensive like plumbing.
