Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job.

I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.

Wow!! I am so thankful I found this service. He showed up within 3 hours after my call and found that the issue was simply debris clogging my drain. He fixed the issue within the 10 min and only charged me penny’s compared to the $500 and $400 I was quoted from other company’s. This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Company is excellent. My heat wasn't working, they came the next day. They got back to me within an hour for scheduling too.

My fix was simple, didn't have the heat turned up over room temperature for boiler to start working. They didn't even charge me because of the quick fix. Definitely use these guys, they will be who I call next time I have any heating issue.

Tried to scam me for $700 for a/c capacitor, should be renamed to Crook & Sons
