The absolute worst. When I called, I told them to send someone small and skinny, because the cabinet under my sink was a tight squeeze. The guy they sent was a mountain of a man who gave me a steaming pile of excuses why the job couldn't be done.Long and short of it, they wasted my time.Thank god I called the real professionals at Richie D Drain Cleaning LLC who sent a gentleman named Ivar who was friendly, courteous and professional and rather quickly did the job that the service guy from Roto-Rooter told me he wouldn't do.

Called regarding a broken water heater Monday morning and someone showed up that after noon around 1 pm and replaced it with a new one. The cost was very cheap then what I use to pay a different plumber I'm glad I stumbled upon them they saved me a lot of money. I'll highly recommend.
