Best Water Heater Installs in Austin TX

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. After having set an appointment two weeks in advance for a custom job, and after having taken the time off of work to wait for the appointment, I was called the morning of and informed that there were scheduling problems.However, talk of scheduling problems quickly changed to a discussion of why the job I wanted to have done, converting a portable dishwasher into a stand-alone permanent dishwasher, was actually not even possible and that I had been fooled by the dishwasher salesman. I had already done the research so it was obvious to me that they were trying to cover for their scheduling problems.I used the time taken off of work to call another plumber who was able to complete the job on their first visit in under two hours without having to order any special parts. I definitely think honesty should come first in business and I would have forgiven scheduling issues but do not appreciate being told the job was impossible. I'm currently enjoying my new dishwasher courtesy of a more Reliable plumbing company.

It all went well. Ray Davis put in the water heater very well..... He did an extra thing which he knew would be required...and today the inspector clearly OK'd it....He also repaired a faucet in one of the bathrooms. I was happy he understood the problem.I highly recommend him !
