It was a cold week and my 2 water heaters (WH) went out (no hot water). I went to yelp and called few plumbing companies with 4 stars and above. All of them told me that I had to replace the water heaters, which were in the attic. My wife had been wanting to get tankless water heater due to horror story of water heater tank leaking from one of our neighbors. I went to yelp and found Aloha Plumbing, which is local to Round Rock & Pflugerville area. After reviewing the comments on yelp, I also found their Facebook page. Jerred, the owner, posted some of past tankless water heaters installation. From those posted videos, I googled the product they use (Navien) and observed how many time they had done the installation. I wanted to make sure I got the company with good experience installing tankless water heater. I called them and Brendan showed up few hours later. He looked at my old WHs and gave me 2 options: replacing the old WHs or switching to tankless. I decided to go with tankless. The work started early next day (+/- 8 AM). Brendan showed up on time and started the work. He got the installation done by 3 PM and I got my hot water back. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with Aloha plumbing. Jerred was very responsive and Brendon was just phenomenal. Great customer service, no gimmicks, everything was explained up front. I particularly love the system they use for sending quotes for customer to review the job cost breakdown, job confirmation, etc. Everything was transparent. They WILL have my business for next plumbing job. Keep it up guys!
