This was my first experience with Stan's. The technician assigned to my residential project (replacement of defective PRV on water supply line) arrived in the early part of the estimated work window. I communicated the mechanical issue to Michael, the plumber, and he provided me with a few options for the project scope. After agreement on an option he quickly commenced work on the same day. He took the time to explain some of his observations and findings and even assisted me with a slight inside faucet adjustment for improved operation. The entire job only took a couple hours or so. Michael backfilled and shored up the work area very nicely before leaving. Hats off to Stan's - I will definitely consider using them for future home repairs and maintenance.

Our technician was Jason Smith and he did a great job! Luckily our problem was minor. He was quick and courteous and got us back up & running in just a few minutes.

Called Efficient to take a look after brownouts caused our AC to misbehave.
