Due to my disability, he understood how important it was to get my A/C fixed. He could see how I was suffering in the heat as well as my lil fur babies were too. He made recommendations for keeping my unit running properly. He is the one that I would ask for to take care of my Sadie Club rejuvenation each & every time. He made me feel comfortable and at ease.
