He also showed us the cause of the failure was preventable with proper maintenance and gave us detailed guidance on making sure it doesn’t happen again. Very happy with our experience.

Kenya from Stan's recently helped to resolve a toilet issue of mine. Her methodical approach from inspection to resolution was appreciated and even offered an explanation at each step of the way. Now, a new toilet is on its way ready for Stan's to install. Additionally, she also helped with questions regarding my water heater and now I have a decision to make between a tank or a tankless install. This company takes on way too many jobs to handle. If you call after 4pm you get a Call center service. I have an account on file and still have to give every detail of my company. Whatever message you leave with the call center is pointless. All they do is tell Fox when they open up that you called with 0 detail that was given. You will never get a call from Fox or an actual appointment time even if you placed one with the overnight call center. Fox is overbooking all of their tech's. I had an appointment for Thursday - they called and said Tuesday - on Tuesday they called and said :im first for Wednesday along with a im sorry were doing the best we can. If you use them get used to this. It happens every time. And they are top dollar charge. Find a smaller company - they are not equipped to be consistent. Also they sent a rookie tech on the last job - he didn't know what to do so he just left.. I had to call Fox myself to ask what happened - they had no idea - but unfortunately all their other tech's were busy so i was first in line tomorrow they still sent me a top dollar bill for the first tech for $300. They dont care about anyone - they are way to big for their own customer service.

There was an advertised price for drain cleaning of $83, the plumber came out and said it would be $400! Not happy with the bait and switch! Beware.
