This is my first time using Stan's and I am very pleased. I called them on a Sunday and they responded the same day. I told them not a rush but they still sent technician Michael Waters out on a Sunday at no additional charge. The flexibility of their technicians working with our schedule of someone being at the home was great news to me! Needless to say, excellent turnaround time, and there was a part they needed to install on the heater and did that 2 days later. My heater was not blowing hot air and is working great now. The cost was comparable and I was happy to pay it for the great service. There was also an initial service charge for the visit itself and I was happy to pay. I support technicians getting paid some dollars for each visit no matter what they find to be the issue. I like supporting local businesses, especially coming off of the COVID years. Stan's has been in business a very long time too, which I found appealing as well when I was choosing what HVAC company in the area I was going to call. I can see why they have been in the business this long. Technician Michael Waters was overall great, and I appreciate Michael not trying to up-sell me but just addressing the problem and fixing it. Thank you Stan's!

ARS responded quickly to my request for service. Peter, the on-site technician, is as knowledgeable as he is friendly and relatable. He offered honest advice regarding our AC unit and clearly answered our questions. We were very pleased with our service.
