Fantastic service! Called them out for second opinion, and our tech Nathan saved us hundreds of dollars in tile, and sheetrock repair. Instead of a valve problem in the wall we had a heating element out on the hot water heater which was actually covered by a warranty. Highly recommended.

They refused to do plumbing services for no reason. We had our cabinets replaced and countertops and sink seated by the contractor. Any normal plumber would come out and hook up the sink. For some reason, they refused. Also they came to check our A.C. and replaced the motor at $500 when it didn't need it because the next day it broke and cost another $300. Don't use this place - they will either not give you service or mess up the service they give you

Got two techs and both were friendly and professional. Took the time to explain stuff and was able to get estimates for a new system as well. Haven't had a bad experience with Fox yet.

When the Air conditioner was blowing my bathroom sink had air coming out; I called turbo and they sent Damian, eh is a great tech, very professional. He checked on my unit and fixed, he also found some other things that were not working properly and helped me out.

2 weeks ago our AC stopped working and Efficient came and replaced a coil, the very next week the heater would not turn on (only in Texas need both working at once) and they came back and quickly solved the problem with letting me know all of my options and giving me realistic expectations of the wear of our unit without me feeling like I was getting sold or pressured to replace it. Brian and Justin were very kind and helpful, I felt like they had my best interest in mind. And true to the name, they were efficient workers and our heater was back up and running again in no time! Will definitely be using them again when we have needs in the future.
