Scheduled an 8am appt. No show. Called at 9. Was transferred to the dispatch who said we are just getting ready to start our day- definitely should be there within the hour. Called at 10, asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a long wait. Finally hung up. Called scheduler again who transferred me to Renee at Cust Service. She e plained the appt was an 8-12 window appt, apologized, said shed find out where they were amd csll me right back. No call back for another 30 min (10:30). Then still no appt time given except assurances they'd be here by noon, with a call first. Finally a call at 11:22 saying theyre on their way. Arrival was another hour at 12:24. Customer service once arrived was fine. Otherwise terrible.
