As the story goes. Our client had a very small pinpoint leak on an exposed coper line that our company had uncovered. The project supervisor called and was quoted $100 service fee so he agreed. The project was a simple repair that took less than 30 minutes. It required a coupling and an elbow which the elbow costs $6.47 and the coupling $0.78.The plumber arrived and stated $125 service charge was to be added not $100. After working 27 minutes and repair the fixture, he then proceeded to invoice us $884 dollars which we are prepared to show our client who is an attorney. I have read the reviews and this is not the first time they have been accused of taking advantage of the client. I have been in construction for almost 20 years and I have never seen anything like this.

Currently signed on with this company for a preventative maintenance program. Been using Airco for years but decided to give another company a try for a year to test the waters. We had a few hiccups in the beginning between getting service set up and doing the initial PM service call However, I am updating my previous review from 2 stars to 5. The reason being is as follows: Ernest Rodriguez reached out to me and we both realized once speaking over the phone that there was a few places of miscommunication from the staff I was dealing with to home and he promptly fixed those issues. I even received a follow up after our last service to ensure our satisfaction. Coming previously from Airco as a customer, I always felt like another number. HOWEVER, Ernest reaching out alone and listening has proven that customer service is still a quality people care about! Thank you Ernest!
