We were having issues with our A/C cutting out in April. Contacted on a Monday, they had someone out on Tuesday. I had read up on possible issues in between, to have an idea of what could be going on. The technician (Chris) that came out was very knowledgeable, respectful, answered the countless questions I had regarding the service, and general HVAC/AC concerns. He was quick and efficient, gave us many tips on what we should do to maintain the unit, what to expect next, as well as making a point to check in one more time before leaving to see if I had thought of any other questions. He even took the time to explain to me, in general understandable terms how everything worked, and pointed out what each part in our closet actually did. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me, and his patience for my generally inquisitive nature.

We have been utilizing SALT to replace our parking lot lights, capital projects, for all of my apartmentnow I can confidently depend on our assigned project manager to provide the answers needed. The biggest game changer is that now I have one source of truth!! They can handle all of our HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, and etc. needs without having to deal with 3+ various contractors.
