Came same day without $150 after hours charge like all the other places I called, that also told me for standard rates I would have to wait until Friday, Its Tuesday and summer time in Texas. Got my AC back and running. Would definitely recommend.

James was our service provider, not listed on the people list! Fantastic guy, really nice, checked the line and determined it was a city issue. No charge and honest! Good company.

They were able to replace my water heater on the same day. When there was an electrical issue (and I was about to be flying out of the country for 12 days!) Brian arranged for a licensed electrician to come out and diagnose/fix the problem. The were a bit more expensive than I would have liked, but I feel confident that the job was done right and that things are now up to code.
