I had to update my review after Stan's fixed our A/C and went the extra mile to make it right. I had experienced some communication issues with some of the staff receiving phone calls at first. There were parts order delays and we got quite frustrated with a lack of clarity on what the issue was.What impressed me is that Stan's continued to send people out free of charge to fix what was actually a very complicated and odd A/C issue. They even refunded the cost of a part that was installed that did not fully fix our issue.As a small business owner, I understand that the core management of the business can't have their hands on every aspect all the time. Someone bad experiences happen. You want the business that will do everything in their power to make it right and protect their reputation.
