Best Drain Line Cleared in Austin TX

Called them on New Years Day with an emergency blockage. Was told that a technician would call back. Never received another call from them. 3+ hours later Roto-Rooter showed up and fixed the problem, but the damage had already been done. Would not recommend Clarke Kent to anyone with an emergency

They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.
