It is refreshing to see a service company have their act together like Dayton. They have obviously spent proactive time setting up systems to make sure that their business runs smoothly. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He put on shoe covers, which was a minor detail but much appreciated since it had been raining and we don't wear shoes in our house.I can't recommend Dayton more highly. My HVAC got maintenance service by Tom Carter, he was on time and thorough and even cleaned up the big pile of leaves that had accumulated in the outdoor unit. Would definitely use this service again.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

Oscar 1159 was the technician who came to my home to do a tune up on my heating system. He called a half hour before he came and arrived on time as he promised. The tune up was very informative and my heating unit is running much better. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the work that he completed and will ask for him again when I have my AC unit serviced.

Efrain and Gustavo called and said they would be at my house in 20 minutes and they showed up right on time. They quickly and efficiently completed the inspection and tune-up of my AC system and readily answered any questions. Both gentlemen were very cordial and friendly and pleasant to work with. They get an A+ in my book.
