Asked for a copper pipe replacement quote, and the estimator was supposed to meet me there at 2pm. Instead, he decided to show up at 10am and bother my tenant who works from home and doesn't run a camera down the line. And the estimate I got for a one bedroom home repiping was twice any other quotes I received. And again, zero guarantee on their work. Probably why they're not a Google approved provider.

We talked for 30 minutes about my 21 year old water heater and we decided to be ultra efficient and get a gas, tank less water heater. 3 days later he was here to install it and 3.5 hours later we had a brand new water heater.
