First time using this company and very pleased overall.

I noticed salt deposits around the base of my whole-house water softener and called Turner Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend that had 3 bathrooms remodeled by them. They were prompt and efficient, finding and fixing the leak within 15 minutes. Luli Marku and his assistant Jordan were very accommodating. I had them go ahead and extend the supply and waste lines to the master bedroom pedestal sink in preparation for the creation of a false wall behind it to create a shelf for toiletries. I will call Turner Plumbing in the future as I continue to make changes or need repair services.

I had called Rock Solid Plumbing to fix a leaking shower valve as well as to replace a failing gasket with the hot water knob on my tub. While the tech did fix the shower issue. He said that he would contact me to find a hard-to-find part with my tub. Nevertheless, he never did follow through. I found out later on, I could have fixed the shower myself with some pipe dope and a $30 faucet from home depot. While the gentleman was nice enough, I would have appreciated an account credit for the service call at least and a phone call to let me know they are looking for the part.
