Miguel, was professional, pleasant, he wore a mask and paper booties before entering my home. Miguel diagnosis the problem, explain the issues and answered all my questions and concerns. The problem was the faucet. Overall, service was great. However I do feel the price charged for the replacement of a faucet I had purchased was too much. Otherwise no complaints.
