We have been a member of their Lifetime Diamond Club since April 2013 when they remodeled 2 bathrooms for us. Since then we've had a water heater, water softener and disposals. Their service is always prompt and friendly. With the Diamond Club I'm guaranteed 2 hr service which is important plus a yearly check-up of all plumbing. During my last inspection I mentioned drain issues and Dylan suggested a product they sell which cleared the drain of it's stinky odor saving me the cost of a complete snaking. Every technician we've had has been very well trained.
