I was 100% happy with this business from start to finish - answering initial questions, scheduling, notifications, and the tech Brenden was knowledgeable and professional. I even told him it wasn't necessary to fix one of the toilets since I had already arranged for it to be replaced (then later was convinced the problem was the sewer vent), but after patiently explaining how he knew it wasn't the vent, he explained I'd have to pay the base rate for him to show up so he fixed it anyway!
