It was a remote discussion and approval of work. The Technician didn't explain the itemized charges and lured with maintenance contracts with an 15% discount on repairs without mentioning a limit of only $100.00 and added U/V light at excessive cost which is really not necessary. Very high repair bill. Difficult to trust anyone these days. Please review in advance carefully before authorizing.

Our handyman was very professional. He did a fantastic job that turned out even better than expected. We are very pleased and already planning to use Honey Do again soon.
