Another service that was regularly used had a staff shortage, so gave Roto Rooter a call and they were able to set up an appointment to have the issue examined and then the price for the service assessed for my Mother. The job was completed in an efficient and friendly manner by the plumber (Kevin). Also wanted to give a shout out to the phone rep who took the call (Shavonne, hope I spelled it right-if not, SORRY! :) ) Thanks for being there when you were needed Roto Rooter!

They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.
