I made an appointment for a quote on a new HVAC system. They showed up on time, gave a thorough presentation and presented me with various cost options while onsite. I already had other quotes so I made my decision the same day and they installed the following week. Excellent process and service.

From start to finish nothing but the best service. Scott our technician had a cancel in his morning route and was able to fit us in to his schedule. Came to the house and was very professional. After walking through our issues he knew what the possible issue was. He was able to fix the issue and got us signed up for their total care package. Thanks again for the great service!Edit 1/21 New year and a new issue. Using Griffin for anything at this point is a no brainer. I found leak in the front flower bed, called them last night and Patrick came out first thing in the morning. He worked in the rain to find the exact issue and repaired it quickly.
