I had a leak in an old pipe once used to water the lawn but no longer in use. A lawn guy had ignored the white stake my husband had used as a marker, mowing right over it. It was marking an attachment that was one inch above ground level and he had punctured it with one of those massive mowing machines! Attached to our well, it was making my yard soggy! I called at 4 pm and they arrived by 9 the next morning. The guys said it was obviously an emergency and they had gotten another customer to let them repair my pipe first. The pipe was repaired in under 30 minutes, the cost very reasonable! This is the third time this company responded to us more quickly than anticipated and always at a reasonable price. And with a smile!

Dan installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater. He advised us well about our options and did what he said he would do well. Left everything clean and gave us good instructions on the unit. We will use him again for any plumbing needs. Very courteous too.
