I was at work and got a distress call from my wife that our toilet was backed up and overflowing into our living room. I immediately called Snyder for help. They were very pleasant on the phone, and they immediately schedule someone to come fix it. Within an hour, Calvin came to fix our toilet. Calvin was pleasant, professional, and explained what he was doing. He had very positive attitude. He fix the toilet immediately. I was very pleased and happy with his service. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Snyder and would definitely hire them again for all my Plumbing and A/C services. I highly recommend them.

Terry was on time - texted me in advance with a photograph (he needs a new photo - he’s better looking than the photo) which I appreciated as a widow living alone. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing. If I still owned my company, I would hire him for sure.

They are GREAT. Amazing communication, workers and price!!! So good that I’ve used them 3x in a month to do things I’ve been putting off. First to install a new garbage disposal, then install a new kitchen sink and to do maintenance on my two AC units. The guy that came to do the AC maintenance did more then anybody has ever done before. Plus he explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to make the system last and save money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
