I called Brothers for a furnace sytem inspection and cleaning. A code violation with an AC condensation pump wiring was discovered and electrician, Jose, came, assessed the situation and installed the needed GFCI outlet box quickly. He was personable, professional, and prompt. I strongly recommend Jose for home electrical repairs and upgrades to code. Mark returned to complete the AC condensation pump and furnace igniter replacement. He finished the job and showed me his work. Furnace and AC back to normal functioning and now up to code. I will ask for Mark by name for future maintenance and repair.

Jason was wonderful to work with. Answered all questions. Explained in a manner which I could understand so I guess in layman's terms. The actual plumbers were exceptional got the old water heater out new and installed. Jason rerouted wiring added a subpanel and added 220 in basement for the water heater. All within 4 hours. Exceptional I will be having them yearly to do my maintenance for my AC heater and water heater. Excellent excellent excellent company!

I had used another plumbing company for years but was getting tired of their impersonal approach when I was dealing with them. When it came time for sewer repair on the new house I called James based on all these great reviews. I am not disappointed as he came out instead of just sending a technician. After scoping the line he brought up some options and I got the entire line replaced for a little more than the repair would have been. While completing the work his guys removed the cover on an outside electrical outlet. When James came by later he put the cover back on. Attention to the little things didn't go unnoticed. I was initially very nervous to use Service Network, due to so many negative reviews online, which is why I wanted to take the time to post a positive experience and review. Like so many others have written, we had to use them to replace our water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty. Our technician Jay was awesome. Super friendly, on time, took the time to explain everything to us, and cleaned up after himself. Alex was pleasant to talk to on the phone as well. I feel bad for everyone who did not have the kind of experience we did. For anyone who chooses to or has to work with Service Network in the future, if Jay is your guy, rest assured.
