Best Whole House Water Filtration in Aurora CO

Their motto is: Where we treat the customer like royalty. If this is how they treat royalty, I'd hate to see how they treat the peasants.

Nice guy, James, who came to put in a new water heater. But when I returned from out of town to see the work done, the water heater was standing in a half inch of water in the pan under the unit, metal shavings and other debris were left on top of the unit and on the floor, and the unit was bent/damaged around the door to the burner with the door lying on the ground.

Cost was $1,849. Seemed high. I checked on the Internet for the cost of the water heater they put in, which was $799 retail. Assuming they actually paid retail, that means around $1,000 for labor. I asked their secretary very nicely for an itemization--like is done whenever your car gets service--and they said they do not provide that. One has to wonder why.

Then suddenly, Jeff, the owner, began calling and texting me the next day because my wife's credit card number wouldn't go through. They had written it down incorrectly. In a text he wrote, We need to get this credit card thing fixed today. I gave him my credit card number immediately and resolved that issue. But when I left Jeff a voicemail to call me as I wanted to give him some feedback, he did not return my call.

So in sum, pretty poor quality work, at a very high price, and sub par customer service.

Expensive! Had the service recently and it was a good job but I can't say for the cost. It was $399 to replace the bathtub's diverter and spout (OEM). Plus the visit fee was $69.

I got lucky and stumbled on to this company. They are wonderful, I can not say enough. You will not regret going with them.

I had Better Plumber out to install a whole house water filter. I'm super happy with the finished product. After the install I found a very slow leak from one of the connections...totally normal for that to happen after pressuring up a new system, these things happen. They came out the next day, tightened the connection and it's been perfect since. I can imagine that some other companies would have made this not as easy and care free. I will be using them again in the future.I would 100% recommend.

We are thrilled with the work from this team. They provided a high quality service at a very reasonable rate. We had a complicated water softener/filter/UV system installed. They installed a clean “reroute” system that will allow us to bypass the system in the future, if needed. They also installed a full new pipe system for the units without disrupting or interrupting the water throughout the house. We can’t wait to contact them for our future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them!

We have had AMAZING service from James and his crew! We have called Green Plumbing several times to help us with projects ranging from small updates to a major underground service line leak and sewage line replacement. In both cases, James provided easier solutions than what other plumbers tried to convince us we needed, saving us from having to pay THOUSANDS on unnecessary work. The repairs and updates were done quickly and to the highest quality standards at very fair prices. We will call them again if needed in the future and very highly recommend them!!!

If I could give a lower score, I would. The scheduler was really nice and helpful. The service tech was horrible. Basically cussed and complained about everything and didn't fix the issue.
