Our first experience with Euro Plumbing was great. Andon came at the exact time we scheduled. He was very polite, identified the problem and explained everything clearly, Then instead of ordering the part from his supplier and scheduling a second visit, which has been our experience with another plumbing business, he went out and got the part and installed it. He was a done in a couple of hours in one afternoon. Shower works perfectly. Definitely recommend Andon and Euro Plumbing and will use them again.

Jordan J installed our new water heater after coming by twice previously to give us estimates and options. He was always so courteous, quick, and helpful. We never once felt pressured or rushed into a decision. Jordan was always on time and the office staff were always kind and helpful with follow up texts and confirmations. The price of the work was fair and given to us up front with no surprises. Listen the guys were great and professional and experienced, but Roto Rooter’s rate is $399/hr plus parts which is absolutely ludicrous. They also were unable to track down the leak, because it was not leaking when they arrived. Not their fault, and again the guys were great, but the cost is insane and I ended up paying $400 for a hole in my basement ceiling with no real work done. I would strongly encourage finding another plumber with a much more realistic cost basis.
